Originally from Cape Breton, John has called beautiful Summerside home for the past fifteen years. His music seamlessly blends East Coast folk heritage with a modern Americana bite—a sound that earned him a 2026 Music PEI nomination for Country Recording of the Year for his EP Northern Moon. A seasoned performer who began his professional career at 15, John’s style has evolved from traditional Celtic roots to an edgy, Telecaster-soaked sound.
